Purposes and legal basis of processing

The processing of personal data is intended to register users on the newsletter distribution list.
The legal basis for processing is consent, collected (buttons and check boxes), free, clear and unequivocal in accordance with the applicable conditions defined in Articles 4 and 7 of the GDPR.

The Marmottan Monet museum. The recipient of the data from the newsletter registration form is: the Mailchimp account managed entirely by the Marmottan Monet museum.

Duration of retention of personal data concerning the newsletter registration form: personal data collected for the purpose of sending newsletters (email only) will be kept for a maximum period of 3 years before requesting new consent .
